TO MAKE A BOOKING AT ERIDGE VILLAGE HALL:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions and Hire Rates AND ALL DOCUMENTS.
2. Go to the Calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking on your desired date and fill in the online form, supplying FULL name and FULL ADDRESS.

Note: If you would like to make a regular booking or a booking across multiple days, such as a wedding, please contact the Booking Secretary at bookevh@gmail.com

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

——IF YOU ARE HAVING AN INFLATABLE/BOUNCY CASTLE please put this on your booking form.  YOU MUST HAVE the CORRECT INSURANCE for this.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• WE DO NOT ALLOW any ball games/go karts, etc., inside the hall, or hardball games in the garden.
• Please enter FULL ADDRESS including POSTCODE.

• Please make sure you have read through the Terms and Conditions, Hall Information and Frequently Asked Questions which cover most queries about hiring the hall.
