How to Make a Booking at Dennyloanhead Community Hall

To book the hall, please follow these steps:

Please review our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges before submitting a booking. Visit the Calendar page, check availability, then click New Booking and complete the form.

 A non?refundable booking deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making your booking to secure your date. If you have any queries, contact the Administrator at [email protected] or call 01324 882642.

Your booking includes 1 hour before your event for setting up and 30 minutes after for clearing up.

 Please ensure your booking form and payment reach the Administrator before your event. Bookings are confirmed online and sent to the  office manager and Caretaker early on Monday mornings.

 If your event requires an alcohol licence, the form must be submitted before the Management Committee meeting, usually held on the third Wednesday of each month.                     Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire

You must leave the hall as you found it and take all rubbish away.
