TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING AT DENNINGTON VILLAGE HALL

Please read the  Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Hire and Hire Charges to make sure you are happy with these, then go to the calendar page to check availability. Click on the New Booking link for the date you are interested in and fill in the form with your requirements.

We will respond to your provisional booking within 48 hours.

Please note the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall:

• You must leave the hall in a good condition, cleaning up after your event, so please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up afterwards.
• Please make sure you book all the facilities (including eg the bar) that you are interested in using.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" and "Important Information for Hall Hirers" which includes all necessary information.
