About Codford Village Hall

Codford lies in the centre of the beautiful Wylye Valley, on the A36 between Salisbury and Warminster.  The Hall is located in Broadleaze, off the High Street in Codford at the postcode: BA12 0PP, and what3words: ozone.starters.finer.

The original hall was used by troops billeted in the area during WW1 and again in WW2.  The Hall and Broadleaze Fields were bequeathed to the community in 1949, and have since been the venue for many village events and home to many local groups and clubs.  A new purpose built hall was constructed in 1992.  The Hall is available for regular and one off hires to both private and corporate users 7 days a week and we have plenty of parking space available. 

The Main Hall

The Main Hall has capacity for up to 150 people and is suitable for conferences, indoor fairs and private functions, including family parties and wedding receptions etc.  Bifold doors open onto a patio area suitable for outdoor use.  A fully-equipped kitchen joins the Main Hall and a stage could also be hired. 

The Edwards Room

The Edwards Room is adjacent to the Main Hall and is suitable for smaller functions and meetings for up to 40 people.  It has direct access to both the kitchen and bar facilities. 

The Broadleaze Bar

The Broadleaze Bar is a fully equipped and licensed bar, with a skittle alley, pool table, dart board and wide screen TV.  The bar is open regularly during the week for public use, but may also be hired at other times.  Our core opening times for the bar are:

Thursday: 18:30 - 23:00

Friday: 18:00 - 23:00

Saturday: 16:00 - 23:00

Sunday: 12:00 - 19:00
