To make a booking of any of the facilities at Codford Village Hall:
- Read the documents: ‘Terms and Conditions of Hire’ and ‘Hire Charges’ (links are located at the bottom of this page);
- Go to the Calendar page. Check availability for your preferred date. Click on ‘+ New Booking’, fill in the form and submit.
Please observe the following points when making your booking:
- Please ensure that you have booked enough time for setting up before and clearing away after your event;
- Please ensure that full payment for your booking is made at least 7 days before the date of your event;
- Please note that alcohol is not allowed within the Hall and its facilities without first obtaining permission and making payment for the appropriate corkage fees;
- Please note that we will e-mail you closer to the date of your event with details of accessing the Hall and its facilities.
