Simply....To make a booking @ Birchwood Boiler House Community Hall ;.

1. Read all the documentation:
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. (Avoid back-to-back booking, as we may not approve due to the need for checks and cleaning). A confirmation email will be sent to you, Carefully check your details and date once this arrives.
3. Infection control. We still advise caution, use of gel and hand washing, and distance. Ventilation is essential. (Government advice) especially where a large gathering is present.

Ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.                                                                                       A £20 deposit is required on the day.  And to sign the contract booking.

You will be asked to pay online. an invoice will be sent at least two weeks before.                        Our bank details are on the invoice        (we do not accept cheques or cash)

• If you have an alcohol license form, this must be signed off by the Management Committee TWO WEEKS before your event.
