Main hall, opposite view.This deceptively utility-looking building was the main source of hot water back 50 years, owned by the City of Lincoln Council, and is now entrusted to local volunteers. Look at our photos to view the facility offering affordable quality and a safe environment.
Our main hall can seat 100+, further seating for children & tables are available. These are kept in the hall cupboards.
Our upper rooms for hire, (2 & 3), ideally for a variety of events such as therapy, meetings, rehearsal, etc. Tables and chairs are provided. There is no lift access.(Use of the kitchen by arrangement if other events are on.)
We boast excellent accessibility downstairs & hall bookings automatically have use of the kitchen, this has a serving hatch to the hall and is equipped with a microwave, hot water urn, new cooker, new saucepans, air fryer , fridge, crockery, kettle teapots|& cutlery etc. We do not provide tea towels or refuse disposal or knives to cut the cake! . washing up liquid, paper towels are there also. , Cycle storage outside.
Our three toilets have vanity units, hand soap, and hand dryers. The large access loo has a baby changing table, call cord, support bars, etc. We're always happy to arrange an inspection upon request.
(The wheelchair-access toilet hot water switch is located in the kitchen where indicated.) Hand sanitizers are provided for your use in the entrance lobby.
Our Hall has full & current fire certification, music licenses, water & electrical testing, and public liability insurance.
The car park is secure, main entrance doors have access security inside. We're on bus route 6 which stops are just outside on Woodfield Avenue.

Room 2; 10'6 x 17' 10: or 3.2m x 5.2m. seating for 12 carpeted (permanently booked)
Room 3; 20' x 14'.1, or 6.1m x 4.5m . Seating 14 or more. laminated floor (all sizes are appox)
A great venue for local groups looking for affordable space in an area with over 16000 people, children's party bookings, and elderly groups will find no better venue or value!
we provide hand gel at two points. All hirers are advised to wipe touch points before and after the use of our facilities and positive test results are reported immediately to us.. (COVID)
We are unable to host double bookings on Sunday's ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
