About Berryfield Village Hall

Located in Berryfield, just south of Melksham in Wiltshire, this modern purpose built hall was constructed in 2022 on the Bowood View development. It is a single storey building with level access, fitted with solar panels, underfloor heating and audio system. The hall space consists of a large area that can be divided into two spaces by full height solid partition panels. Each area has large floor to ceiling windows and there are also rooflights letting in plenty of natural light, making it a perfect choice for group activities, parties and meetings. All bookings are subject to availability for regular and one-off hire.

Note

• Our ceiling clearance for a bouncy castle is 8 feet.
• Open flames (such as candles) and unauthorised cooking equipment of any kind are prohibited on the premises.

Definitions

• Private hire includes children's parties, business or franchise bookings.
• Community groups include not-for-profit.
• Occasional use is deemed as ‘one-off’ events/parties or meetings.
• Regular use is on a weekly to monthly basis. For regular rates, please view Hire Charges (on Documentation tab).

Important

• We require a minimum of 7-days notice for all booking requests.
• The hall is available 7 days a week between the hours of 8am to 10pm. 
• We reserve the right to close over Christmas and New Year. 
• Your booking is not approved until full payment has been made prior to your event.
