This yoga class is designed to increase the strength, stamina and mobility of your body, mind and cardiovascular system. Great to compliment other physical activities or as a stand-alone workout.
Flowing along to a carefully selected playlist the class begins with a gentle warm up moving into a more dynamic sequence of Asana’s (postures). Each Asana is held for a number of breaths to give your body time to adjust, develop and reap the benefits of the posture.
The Asana sequence comes to a close with grounding postures to prepare you for the stillness of mediation and a deep relaxation at the end.
This is an open level class. Some previous experience of yoga and other exercise classes is recommended for beginners, or a willingness to explore new ventures as Angel will guide you carefully through the postures and the ancient Sanskrit language of yoga.
