To make a booking at Avonway Community Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page.
  3. Check availability.
  4. Print out and complete a Booking Form (which can be found on our ‘Documentation’ page).
  5. Deliver or email the form to Avonway (enquiries@avonway.org ). Your booking is NOT confirmed until you've received a booking confirmation email from us.
  6. You MUST agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire to make a booking.

Note: If you have any queries, please contact the Office at enquiries@avonway.org or 01425 652706 (9am-12pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-11am Friday).

Please observe the following points as it will help you and those who run Avonway.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • If your booking is less than a week away please contact the office by telephone as above.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information
  • Access arrangements will be confirmed by the office
