To make a booking at Avonway Community Centre:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. PLEASE NOTE that there are addition conditions because of Covid which you  SHOULD follow
  3. Go to the calendar page.
  4. Check availability.
  5. Print out and complete a Booking Form (or find it at 2022 Booking Form T&C'S Word.docx
  6. Deliver or email the form to Avonway (enquiries@avonway.org )
  7. You MUST agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire to make a booking.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and those who run Avonway.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • If your booking is less than a week away please contact the office by telephone as above.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information
  • Access arrangements will be confirmed by the office
