To make a booking at Avonway Community Centre:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page.
- Check availability.
- Print out and complete a Booking Form (which can be found on our ‘Documentation’ page).
- Deliver or email the form to Avonway ([email protected] ). Your booking is NOT confirmed until you've received a booking confirmation email from us.
- You MUST agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire to make a booking.
Note: If you have any queries, please contact the office at [email protected] or 01425 652706 . The office is usually open between the hours of 08:00-13:00, Monday to Friday. A fire alarm test is conducted between 8:00-8:30 on a Friday morning; please be aware that staff may be unable to assist you during this time.
Please observe the following points as it will help you and those who run Avonway.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- If your booking is less than a week away please contact the office by telephone as above.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information
- Access arrangements will be confirmed by the office
