About Aston-by-Stone Village Hall

Aston-by-Stone Village Hall is a charity, run by a committee of volunteers who work together to maintain a welcoming space  available to both the local community and commercial hirers. 

The hall is suitable for entertainment events – quizzes, musical evenings, shopping events etc. Normally, the maximum seated capacity is 90 people, and 120 not seated, but this does make it quite crowded.

It can also be hired for celebrations: children’s birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings, retirement parties etc. 

Please note that it is not available for teenage and young adult birthday parties, except for Aston-by-Stone residents (and then only with on-site parental supervision). Outdoor bouncy castles and play buses are not allowed on our front car park. 

All one-off bookings are subject to a representative of the management committee being available to check hirers in and out. This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry ie before the booking is accepted and confirmed.

If you have a key holder or village hall volunteer attending your event and they are able to facilitate your check in and out then please state on your booking request. 

MAIN HALL

Large, rectangular shaped hall suitable for all types of activities and including a stage. Dimmable overhead lighting. There are plenty of tables of various sizes and 105 chairs.

SMALL MEETING AREA

A smaller area adjacent to the Main Hall.

TOILETS

Separate men’s, women’s and disabled toilets (with baby changing facility) all accessed via main entrance hall.
