To make a booking at Arnesby Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges especially
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking is made at least 5 working days before your event as the bookings have to be checked and are confirmed online
• Payment should be made before the booking is confirmed
• Keys will need to be collected and returned to the Administrator.

The school playing field has been provisionally added to the booking site pending lease transfer to the Parish Council. There is no charge for the time being.

An equipment hire calendar has also been added to the booking site for the loan of gazebos and other equipment owned by AVHT.
