You MUST remember your booking password. This is needed in the event your want to make changes to or cancel your event.
This password CANNOT be reset.
If you are wanting to book the facility for more than one day, please book each day separately.
Please comment in the note section if your event is likely to extend past 11:59 pm.
This time extension request can be discussed during your walk-through.
If you are planning on selling and/or serving alcohol at your event, you MUST get $2,000,000 liability insurance and a liquor license for the date of your event.

Copies of the liability insurance and liquor license MUST be emailed to [email protected] prior to receiving keys for the facility.
