To make a booking at 2nd Heald Green Scout Group:

1. Read the documents, hut rules
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability for your chosen room (Scout Hut).
3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. (may take us a week to confirm).
4. When your booking is approved, you will get an invoice, please send the required rental fee plus your £100 to the bank details provided.
5. Email your bank details to the treasurer by the email provided on the invoice so we can return your deposit at the end of your hire
6. Make contact one week prior to get the key box code.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hut and Church bookings.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" and “General Information”
• Ensure you leave the building clean and tidy and take all rubbish with you
