Do you provide crockery or mugs?

Yes — we have plenty of coffee mugs and a small amount of glasses, plates and cutlery.
Please let us know at booking if you’d like to use them.

Can I bring an indoor bouncy castle?

Yes — the hall is suitable for indoor inflatables. We ask for an extra £5 to cover the additional electricity use.
You’ll need public liability insurance (your household insurance may already include this).

Do I need to tidy up after my booking?

Yes — please leave the hall clean and tidy, as you found it.
Remember to include “tidy-up time” within your booking.

Can I decorate the hall?

Yes — decorations are welcome, but nothing can be stuck to the walls, doors or windows.

Do you have outside space?

Not currently — all activity takes place inside the hall.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

We do not have a premises licence.

Free alcohol for guests = no licence required

Selling tickets, charging for drinks, or any retail activity = TEN licence required

For Temporary Event Notice (TEN) guidance, please refer to Milton Keynes City Council.

Do you have disabled access?

Not yet — but we are actively fundraising to improve accessibility for everyone.
