To make a booking at Wyverstone Village Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions for Hire and Use, General Instructions and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with the Bookings Secretary by the weekend before your event as the bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Treasurer and Caretaker early on Monday mornings.
- If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Licencee please ensure the Bookings Secretary receives the paperwork as soon as possible
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions for Hire and Use" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
- An invoice will be issued on confirmation of your booking and payment in full is due seven days prior to the date of the scheduled event.
- There are no restrictions on the type of groups who may use the hall but all bookings are at the discretion of the Wyverstone Village Hall Committee and subject to our Terms and Conditions for Hire and Use.
- As a result of completing this form your name, email address and phone number will be stored securely in our contacts list. PLEASE NOTE: We will never share your personal information with anyone without your express permission. You can request for your data to be removed at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
