To make a booking at The Wildside Centre:
- Check availability on the calendar page.
- On your chosen date, click ‘new booking’ and fill in the form.
- Once your booking has been submitted, you will receive an email from ‘Hall Booking Online’
- Once your booking has approved, you will receive a further email to confirm.
- You will then be emailed an invoice including details of how to pay where applicable.
Please observe the following points:
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking has been confirmed, (by confirmation email).
- If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee, please ensure you submit this to the SFCT Administration & HR Officer no later than two weeks before your booking date.
- Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the supporting documentation including, the user guide, hire charges, terms and conditions, and floor plan.
