To make a booking at Whitchurch-on-Thames Village Hall:

Firstly, check that the Hall is available at your preferred date and time (click 'Calendar' above).  You should then read our Hire Rates and Terms and Conditions of Hire.  These documents can be found under the ‘Documentation’ button above or the links below, and are available for download.  

To book, click on the “+ New Booking” symbol on the Calendar and then fill in the online booking form. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and to clear up after your event. Then click “Review the Booking”. Tick the box to confirm that you accept the Terms & Conditions, then click on “Confirm and Send to Hall Manager”.  

This will create a provisional booking on the Calendar (in a white box) and you will receive an immediate acknowledgement by email.  We will then check your request and email you an invoice as soon as possible, and your booking will normally be confirmed by email (and shown on the Calendar in a blue box). 

If you haven't booked the hall before, we may require payment in advance and we may also ask for a £50 deposit. ,We prefer payment by BACS bank transfer or alternatively by cash or by cheque payable to Whitchurch Village Hall.
