About Whalley Methodist Church

We have three separate spaces which can be reserved either as a one-off booking or a regular weekly or monthly booking.  These are the Hall, the Church Sanctuary or the Pendle Room.  

The Hall, measuring 9.1m x 13.9m can be set out with tables and chairs or left as an open space.  It has kitchen access and a hardwood floor.

The Church Sanctuary measures 167.5m x 10m.  This space can be configured with chairs in rows or with the chairs pushed back to provide a large open, carpeted space.

The Pendle Room  (7.6m x 5.7m) can take around 25 chairs in rows or can be left as an open space.  It is carpeted and has a large screen on the wall with internet access. It has direct kitchen access and a serving hatch and can be entered via a separate entrance if the main hall is in use.

We have a large, well equipped kitchen with ovens, fridge, hot-water boiler, double sinks and microwave, plus crockery and cookware which can facilitate any catering requirements. 
 

The building is fully accessible and has public WiFi available, ladies and gents toilets, a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities.

Available equipment includes: 12 square tables seating four each; 9 large rectangular folding tables suitable for stalls or displays and seating up to 8 people each.  Each room has sufficient chairs to support the room capacity.  For children/toddlers there are 9 low tables and 45 small chairs.
