To make a booking at Weston Village Hall

Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form with all relevant details
Ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions on the document page of this site
After submitting your booking request you will receive a provisional booking email while we process your booking request
Once confirmed you will receive details of how to gain entry including key codes

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run our hall

Bookers are permitted to arrive and leave 15 minutes prior and following to booking free of charge for set up and cleaning as required.
The sale of alcohol is only permitted at the hall if you have relevant licenses in place
Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
Please note that we operate key box system to open and close the hall and unless specified or requested, a member of our committee will not be present during your booking

If you would like to make a regular booking (weekly/monthly etc) for a club/group etc, please get in touch so that we can assist you in doing so
