To make a booking at Wadhurst Institute Hall & Field:

Our calander shows all available days and times to book. Click on the green cross under the day you wish to book. This allows you to make a PROVISIONAL booking by email automatically. Once we have checked oved your provisional booking you will recieve an APPROVED email will confirm your booking followed by your INVOICE. Payment details are on the invoice. 

Please make sure to include set up and clearing up in your booking.

We have four individual areas available for booking:- Main Hall – Orchard Room – The Hub and The Hall Kitchen .

Charges: are per hour.  Hall - £17ph   Orchard - £13ph  - The Hub - £10ph

Kitchen- one off fee of £25 for full use.
