To make a booking at Ulcombe Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
3. We charge a refundable damage deposit of £100 for selected bookings. This will be added to your invoice and refunded following your event, once the Hire Terms have been checked.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up before the beginning of your event and to clearup after your event.
• Please read/ view  the "Hall Hirer Guidance" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
• By making this booking you agree to abide by Ulcombe Village Hall Hire Terms 2025
