United Church, Bradford on Avon : Guide to Booking Your Event

To make a booking at United Church, Bradford on Avon:

You will start on our home page. Please read this carefully. The rooms available to hire and the charges are on that page. Then:

Read the documents: Information about Hiring and Terms and Conditions.
Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking for your required date, or the first of your dates, and fill in the form. You can make repeat bookings as well as single bookings on this form. Or, if you prefer, email us with the details of your booking and the Bookings Team will make your booking for you.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who manage the bookings for our church.

Please book for the actual time of your event. We allow up to half an hour for setting up and clearing away at no extra charge. If you need more time than this for setting up and putting away, please let us know.
Please make sure that your booking form is submitted at the latest by the weekend before your event, but preferably as much in advance as possible. Shortly after you have done this, you will receive an email confirming your booking/s and either an invoice or details of how to pay. We ask for payment in advance by BACS for a single booking and monthly in advance for regular hirers.
Please note that no alcohol is to be consumed on our premises.
Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" in detail as ticking the box that you have done so constitutes a booking contract with us. If you are considering a booking and would like to view our premises first, please email us and we would be happy to arrange for you to visit our church with a member of our team.
As you will see from our Terms and Conditions, we regard Safeguarding of children and adults at risk of paramount importance. If you are proposing activities involving these groups, please read our Safeguarding Policy and know that we will require you to follow this or your own Safeguarding Policy.
Once you have had your booking confirmed, further details about keycodes etc. will be emailed to you.
