Room hire Charges are £15 per hour for the Main Hall and £10 per hour for the Meeting Room.

Kitchen useage is an additional £5.

Functions are £85 to use all facilities for 3 hours from 01st September 2023. 

As the Hall is run by Volunteers,  we will endeavour to reply to your emails as soon as possible. 

To make a booking at Twerton Village Hall:

  1. Download and read the pdf documents below: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Contract Hire Agreement and Risk Assessment.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability.
  3. Click on “New Booking” and fill in the form.
  4. Once requested, sign the “Contract Hire Agreement” and return to us and make payment.


Note:  THE BOOKING CAN NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE CONTRACT HIRE AGREEMENT IS RETURNED AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  If you have any queries, please contact the Hall at twertonvillagehall@gmail.com.


Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please read through the Terms and Conditions of Hire which include all information about your hire.
  • Please make sure that your Contract Hire Agreement is signed and returned to twertonvillagehall@gmail.com
  • Your booking will be held as provisional (for up to a week) until the paperwork is received.
  • Once approved your confirmation is emailed, sent to the Treasurer and Volunteers to be included on the rota
  • Regular bookings require an initial in person meeting and introduction to the hall, where a key code will be shared with you for your regular access to the hall.
