Each week, we will explore a different type of meditation, allowing you to discover which techniques resonate best with your lifestyle and personal needs. By the end of the course, you will have developed a personalized meditation practice and gained tools to reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and enhance your overall well-being.
Course Outline:
Week 1: Mindfulness Meditation
Learn to bring your attention to the present moment through mindfulness. We’ll explore breath awareness, body scanning, and techniques for observing thoughts without judgment.
Week 2: Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta)
Dive into practices designed to cultivate compassion and kindness for yourself and others. This technique helps foster emotional resilience and connection.
Week 3: Body Awareness & Grounding Meditation

Week 4: Visualization & Guided Imagery
