Thirlmere Recreation Hall can be booked by the hour or for overnight stays

Daytime/Evening bookings are chargeable by the hour. They can be made for any period between 08.00 and 23.00

Overnight bookings charge is from 12 noon on day of arrival to 12 noon on day of departure. Additional hours (before and after this period can be booked if required).

Please note that our booking system only permits bookings within a 24hr period. This means that overnight bookings will need to be made as follows:

Arrival date - book from 12.00 to 23.59

Days between arrival and departure days book 00.01 to 23.59

Departure date book 00.01 to 12.00

Any additional hours for early arrival or late departure can be added by adjusting the times on these days.

You will be given the option to request to repeat a booking once you've submitted the first part of your booking and this will then auto fill the booking form. You will just need to alter the date and times for the following days.
