To make a booking at Thirlmere Recreation Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges, Important Information for Hall Hirers, Fire Notice and Departure Checklist.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. Please note that, depending on the time and nature of the booking being requested, it is not always possible to accommodate a request that includes a date immediately before or after an existing booking.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your payment has been made, in full, one month prior to your event. Cancellation charges may apply after this time.
  • Please read through the ‘Important Information for Hall Hirers’ and ‘Departure Checklist’ which contains all necessary information for your time at the hall
