Booking Information for the Sycamore Centre

How to Book:

1. Review the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges documents.
2. Visit the Calendar page to check availability.
3. Click on New Booking and complete the form.

Important Notes:

• Help us support our unpaid volunteers by observing the following guidelines:
  • Set-Up and Clean-Up: Ensure your booking includes sufficient time for setting up and clearing up after your event.
  • Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until both the completed booking form and payment are received by the Operations Manager.
  • Terms and Conditions: Carefully read the "Terms and Conditions of Hire," which include details on key collection and other essential information.
