If you'd like to make a series of bookings, you'll need a hirer's account. Create an account or log in here.
If you're making a one-off booking, you don't need to create an account.


Prior to booking, ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Health & Safety documents as any booking made will be taken as acceptance of these terms.  

WE NEED 14 DAYS NOTICE TO BOOK ANY OF OUR ROOMS,  TO ENSURE THERE IS NO CLASH OF INTERESTS AND TO RECEIVE PAYMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING.

We are NOT able to accept bookings for BOUNCY CASTLES and other inflatables

An invoice will be sent to you on confirmation of the booking this must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event. For Childrens parties and all large gatherings we ask for a surety deposit to be paid at the time of paying the invoice. This surety deposit is refundable, after the event. Please let us know the Sort Code; Account No and the name of the account the refund is to be paid to at the time of paying the balance.

 Please allow enough time for set up and clear up within your booking.  The hall is managed by Volunteers and we may not be available to  open up early on the day of your event, or another booking may prevent you extending your times.

Please include special requirements, details of planned activities, and any other relevant information.  If you are planning to serve or sell alcohol, please ensure you make the Booking Secretary aware of this.
