To make a booking at Parish of St Stephen’s with St Julian’s:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with the Administrator as indicated on your invoice.
  • If you have an Temporary Event Notice (TEN), a copy must be given to the Hall Adminstrator before your event and a copy must be displayed during your event.
  • Please read through and confirm the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information about the hall.
  • Please read your “What to do on the day” document and ensure that you have the code for the key safe or have made arrangements to collect a set of keys, if necessary.
