To make a booking at Stone Cross Memorial Hall:

PLEASE READ: Terms and Conditions of Hire and The Hire Charges which can be found under the Documentation tab.

PLEASE NOTE - teenage parties are only accepted under special circumstances with additional deposit charges - please contact the Administrator for approval. 

TO BOOK: Go to the calendar page. Check availability and Click on New Booking and complete the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

Please make sure that your Hire Payment is made within 7 days of receiving your invoice - your booking will not be confirmed until payment is made.  The refundable Security Deposit must be paid 14 days before your event - failure to pay the security deposit will result in cancellation of your event.

Requests for the consumption of Alcohol must be signed off by the Management Committee …BEFORE your Booking can be confirmed.
