Stone Cross Memorial Hall : Guide to Booking Your Event

To make a booking at Stone Cross Memorial Hall:

PLEASE READ: Terms and Conditions of Hire and The Hire Charges which can be found under the Documentation tab.

Go to the calendar page. Check availability and Click on New Booking and complete the form.

Hire Charges Effective from July 2024
Main Hall, Harris Room and Kitchen are inclusive – MINIMUM 2 hours hire
Daytime	08.30 to 18.00	£25 per hour
Evening	18.00 to 23.30	£30 per hour

Note: If you have any queries, please contact the Administrator at booking@stonecrosshall.org

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

Please make sure that your Hire Payment is made when your Booking is confirmed and the Security Deposit has been received by the Administrator and acknowledged 14 days before your event.

Requests for the consumption of Alcohol must be signed off by the Management Committee …BEFORE your Booking can be confirmed.
