| Main Hall, Harris Room and Kitchen are inclusive – MINIMUM 2 hours hire | ||
Daytime | 08.30 to 18.00 | £27.50 per hour |
Evening | 18.00 to 23.30 | £40 per hour |

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
Please make sure that your Hire Payment is made within 7 days of receiving your invoice - your booking will not be confirmed until payment is made. The refundable Security Deposit must be paid 14 days before your event - failure to pay the security deposit will result in cancellation of your event.
Requests for the consumption of Alcohol must be signed off by the Management Committee …BEFORE your Booking can be confirmed.
