To make a booking at Stone Cross Memorial Hall:

 

Read: Terms and Conditions of Hire and The Hire Charges.

Go to the calendar page. Check availability and Click on New Booking and complete the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

 

Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.

Please make sure that your Hire Payment is made when your Booking is confirmed and the Security Deposit has been received by the Administrator and acknowledged Fourteen days before your event.

Requests for the consumption of Alcohol must be signed off by the Management Committee …BEFORE your Booking can be confirmed.

Please ensure you have read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
