To make a booking at 1st St Neots Scout Hall:

  1. Read the documents below including our Hire Conditions and Hire Rates
  2. Go to the Calendar page and check availability for your chosen date(s)
  3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

 

Once your booking is submitted:

  1. A member of our team will review your booking and send you an invoice
  2. Once paid, your booking will be approved and you will receive instructions including access to and use of the Hall.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • The invoice amount (including any additional refundable security charge) must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice to confirm your booking.
  • Please read through the "Hire Conditions" and “Information for Hall Users” which includes all necessary information for your hire.
