To make a booking at St Mary's Hall:

1. Read the document: Terms and Conditions of Hire.
2. Go to the calendar page to check availability. Click on New Booking for the required date and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• You will receive an email confirming your booking once it is approved.
• A subsequent invoice will be sent by email and must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking.
• If an alcohol licence is required for your event, this is your responsibility.
• By making the booking, it is assumed that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
