To make a booking at St Luke's Church Centre, Norwich:

  1. Go to the Calendar page.
  2. Check availability.
  3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  4. If you are a new hirer, please ensure that you review all of the Documentation for Hirers.  We cannot approve your booking without receiving these.
  5. If we are able to provide the room(s) as request, we will confirm the booking.
  6. If you are a new or one-off hirer, we will send an invoice and payment will be needed before the booking.  If you are a regular hirer, we will issue invoices monthly to be paid within 30 days.
  7. Use the room(s) booked on the day and time of the hire.    Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  8. If you need to make changes or cancel, please provide as much notice as possible.   Cancellation charges will apply as follows:-
  • Over one calendar month - No Charge.
  • One calendar month or less: 25%.
  • Two weeks or less: 50%.
  • One week or less: 100% of FULL PRICE.
  • A £25 surcharge will be made if hirers exceed their pre-booked time by more than 15 minutes.
