To make a booking at St Luke's Eltham Park Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. Please complete the form with your name, phone number, email, address, event time, and other details.  Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event. Please also supply a brief description of your event in the box labelled "Event Description"
  4. Click the "Review the Booking" button to go to the next stage.
  5. You will be shown a page with your booking details; please review them to ensure everything is correct.  Use the "make changes" button to amend anything.
  6. You will need to enter a password (to allow you to edit/delete the booking later) and tick the box accepting the Terms & Conditions of hire.
  7. Click the "Confirm and Send to Hall Booking Manager" button to send your request.
  8. Later, once the booking is approved, you will receive an invoice link to pay - either online by card or by bank transfer.  This might take several days.

Please take a look at the following points, as they will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
  • Please ensure that your payment is made at least one week before your event.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire", which includes all necessary information, including where and how to collect keys, etc.
