To make a booking at St Francis of Assisi Church Hall, High Wycombe:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges and Safeguarding Information.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and those who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• For bookings less than 7 days ahead please contact the hall administrator to confirm the booking
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc. Please note on Sunday evenings, all bookings must end by 10pm and loud music must stop by 9pm to protect our neighbours.
