1. Review the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• THERE IS NO ALCOHOL LICENCE AT THE VILLAGE HALL so it is the responsibility of the Hirer to obtain a T.E.N. (Temporary Event Notice) from Northumberland County Council if alcohol is to be sold at an event there.
• Although there is an alcohol licence at the pavilion we do not allow third parties to operate the bar at the sports pavilion. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to obtain a T.E.N. (Temporary Event Notice) from Northumberland County Council if alcohol is to be sold at an event there.

THE USE OF FIREWORKS, PYROTECHNICS & SMOKE MACHINES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT EITHER THE VILLAGE HALL OR PLAYING FIELD
