To make a booking at The Old Library Stainland:
- Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ document in the ‘Documentation’ tab. By submitting a booking request you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of hire, therefore it is important they are fully understood.
- Read the ‘Regular Hire Booking Process’ or ‘One Off Hire Booking Process’ on the ‘Documentation’ tab.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form for your chosen date and time. (For regular hire, please include how many weeks you would like to book for in the additional information section).
- The event will be added onto the calendar automatically to avoid double bookings. Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received an invoice payment in full.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please note there is a 15-minute gap between bookings which must be adhered to.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions" which includes all necessary information
- If your event requires any additional licenses or insurance this must be organised and presented before the event.
