Please observe the following points, as this will help both you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall:

Allow sufficient time in your booking for setting up and clearing away.
You should allow 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your event.

Booking forms and cheques must reach the Administrator at least 10 days before your event, as bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Treasurer and Greet ’n’ Meet Team early on Monday mornings.

If you require an alcohol licence form to be signed by the Management Committee, please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork in good time for review by the Standing Committee.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire carefully. These include important information such as key collection arrangements. By making a booking, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
