To make a booking at Springhill Fire Hall Community Room:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions, Privacy policy, Rental Donation and Alcohol Policy (if Applicable) .
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form is complete, your booking is not guaranteed until the donation is received by etransfer to [email protected].
- If you have an alcohol licence your booking is not guaranteed until the administrator receives a copy of your license, a copy of the insurance and the booking donation by etransfer to [email protected]
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions" which includes all necessary information.
