To make a booking at Sherwell United Church:

Please make sure you have read the following documents as well: 

  • Letting Agreement.
  • Hire Charges.

Next

Go to the calendar page and check for availability on the date(s) you require.

Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

After completing your application you will get the option to review and confirm the booking details before you submit it.

Remember to set a password for the booking if you want to be able to make changes later on. Regular bookers do not need to do this as they have a login and can administer their bookings at any time.

Ticking the tick box confirms that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions contained on the documents page

Within a couple of minutes you will receive a confirmation of the booking request.

Your event is now visible on our bookings calendar

Within 48 hours you will receive an email confirming our acceptance of your booking or an email requesting additional details of your event for us to make a decision on.

Please observe the following points as it will help you.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment is with us by the weekend before your event as the bookings are confirmed online.
  • Please read through the "Letting Agreement."

You initial booking is provisional until confirmed by us - usually within 48 hours - but the slot will not be available to others to book during that time.
