Located in Shaw near Melksham, this community village hall and large playing field is available for regular & ad hoc bookings. The large main hall has high ceilings and lots of windows for natural light making it perfect for parties, celebrations, activities and meetings.

After you have made a provisional booking you will receive an invoice via email, payment is to be made within 72 hours of receipt of invoice or the booking will be cancelled.

Bookings should be a minimum period two hours, part hours will be charged at the full hour rate.

30 minutes is given free of charge at the end of each hire session in order for the hirer to clean the hall.

• Weekdays: £16 per hour
• Weekends: £16.00 per hour before 7pm, £22 per hour 7pm-10.30pm (please note you will need to be off site by 11pm)
• Sunday bookings to end no later than 4pm
• Children’s party package: £45 - 3 hours + extra ½ hour before and after for set-up/clean-up (4 hours total).
  • Bouncy Castles are permitted but please ensure the floor is protected.
    The hall dimensions are: Area: 12 x 7m , Height- 3.35m(11ft ) in the centre, 2.4m (8ft) at the wall.

Cancellation policy:

Cancelation up to 3 days (72 hours) before the event = Full refund

Cancelation between 3 days (72 hours) & 1 day (24 hours) before the event = 50% refund

Cancelation less than 1 day (24 hours) before the event = No refund

Playing field/Football pitch hire

We have a full size football pitch with fixed goals which is available to hire most of the year. Hirers have access to home and away changing rooms with benches and showers and can also access a toilet.
