To make a booking at Scaynes Hill Millennium Village Centre:

Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.

Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Note: If you have any queries, please contact the Administrator at book@scayneshillcentre.org.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Bookings are only confirmed when the hire fee and desposit have been received.
• If you have an alcohol licence that must be with the administrator at least 14 days before your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
• You will contacted shortly before your event with access details. If you have not heard 7 days before your hire please contact the administrator.
