To make a booking at St Botolph's Church Hall, Saxilby:

1. Please read the Conditions of Hire 
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
3. Please note the hourly rates: Main Hall £9 per hour; Meeting Room £7 per hour.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form is submitted and payments are made when invoiced before your event, as the bookings are confirmed online and payment must be verified by the Treasurer.
• Please read through the "Conditions of Hire" which includes necessary and important information that hirers are required to agree to.
