To make a booking at Rosliston & Cauldwell Village Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. Pay the deposit (50% of the hire fee) via bank transfer once you receive the invoice.  The remaining balance and surety fee will be due one calendar month before the hire date.  The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received and the booking will be cancelled if the balance and surety is not received by the date due.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • By making a booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of hire
  • Use the end of hire checklist to ensure the Hall is left in a suitable condition for the next hirer.
  • Report any issues with the Hall to the Booking Clerk.
