To make a booking at Rawcliffe Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
3. Your provisional booking will be submitted and reviewed.
4. Once accepted you will receive a confirmation email of the booking.
5. An invoice will be sent which will need paying at least 2 weeks prior to your event to secure.
6. Our caretaker will contact you regarding set up requirements and access.

Please note:

• you must be 18yrs+ to make a booking
• please allow within your time for setting up and clearing away
• any third parties used, for example bouncy castle hire, must have insurance
