To make a booking at Ramsden Memorial Hall:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • If booking the Miller Room, please also book tables and chairs if required - there is no additional cost. Please note, hirers are expected to put out and put away furniture unless agreed otherwise with the Hall Manager.
  • If booking the Parker Room you do not need to book furniture.
  • If you need use of any other specific equipment, e.g. urns, please note this to ensure it is available.
  • The tables and chairs are available to hire for off-site use if not needed for a Hall event.
  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking form and payment are submitted well in advance of your booking.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
