To make a booking at New Priestwood Community Centre:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
3. Once the manager has received your provisional booking they will check the booking and get back to you.
4. Please note we do not allow adult parties at the community centre.

Please observe the following points as it will help you, the staff and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information about the community centre.
• All rubbish must be taken away with you.
• Any decorations must be agreed with the manager prior to your event
• A 50% deposit is required to book one-off events and full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to your event.
