To make a booking at Polmont Community Hub:

 

  1. Please read carefully the Documentation page for Terms and Conditions and other important information.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking (+) and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event (our system automatically keeps a 15 minute buffer between events).
  • When you make a provisional booking, please give us as much information to understand what your event is and any requirements you may have.  We will notify you by email when your booking is then approved. We will contact you if we have any further questions.
  • Please follow payment instructions once received on your invoice.
