The following rooms can booked:
- Small Hall
- Medium Hall
- Large Hall (Medium and Small Hall Combined)*
- Committee Room
- Drop-In Area
- Whole Building (For whole weekend special events, e.g. wedding receptions)
- Additional Items: Sound System/PA - to play music through the hall speakers, Projector, Stage, Stage Lighting, Piano). These must be requested on the booking form.

*If you are having a party or similar social event we recommend that you book the Large Hall so that you have the facilities to yourself (kitchen, toilets, garden etc.) rather than sharing with another group.
Please note that we are unlikely to approve requests for large, late, night parties (other than weddings receptions, family events and events for Petham residents) due to the impact of noise etc. on nearby properties.
Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Time required for setting up, decorating and clearing away/cleaning up after your event must be included in the booking time. (Large evening parties should consider booking 2 hours the following morning for this)
- .Please read the documents: ‘Standard Conditions of Hire’ and 'Fire Safety Guidelines' which include all necessary information. Additionally, if you are having a bouncy castle or area serving alcohol, please also read the appropriate guidelines: Alcohol Licence, Bouncy Castle Guidelines
To make a booking at Petham Village Hall:
- Go to the Calendar. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
For weddings, please enquire directly, even if date is booked on the calendar: we can often move bookings to accommodate weddings
